The River Christian Church is based in Pakuranga, Auckland and began in 1998. We are an independent Pentecostal Christian Church. Our desire is to see the Kingdom of God advance through relationships built between local churches spanning the city and the nation.We are passionate about God and seeing the power of the Holy Spirit released into the lives of people.
Our Sunday services
10AM morning meeting
This is our main weekly meeting. The emphasis at our Sunday morning meeting is on the whole River church corporately encountering God through anointed worship, inspiring messages, and the release of the Holy Spirit's life-changing power.
Sunday morning is designed to connect with all ages including children:
0-2 years - Creche
3-4 years - Mighty Rockets
5-10 years - Children's ChurchAlong with our own excellent in-house speakers, we also regularly bring in proven national and international ministries with the aim of equipping and inspiring us to greater things in God.
Following the close of the meeting at 11:45am, there is an opportunity for personal healing, prayer and prophetic ministry, and a complimentary tea or coffee before the children's programmes are released at 12:00pm.
